Terms of use
A personal reflection tool, never a place to harass, defame or publish other people’s data.
1. Personal and responsible use
Cards are private. Do not use the service to harass, threaten, discriminate, defame or organize harm. Do not enter data you do not need. Scores reflect your subjective experience and must not be presented as facts about another person.
2. Age and account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. Protect your account password and private recovery code; we cannot recreate the latter.
3. Plans
Normal includes 3 cards plus 1 for each effective invitation, and 1 EVE per parameter. Premium costs €0.99 per year, includes unlimited cards and up to 3 EVE per parameter. Both plans use scores from 0 to 5. Invitations never grant Premium. Charges, renewals, cancellations and refunds are detailed in Stripe checkout in accordance with consumer law.
4. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service secure and available, but maintenance may occur. Rate Your Ex is not a substitute for psychological, medical or legal advice. In a situation involving violence or danger, contact emergency services or professional support.
5. Required before production
The final version must include the provider’s identity, jurisdiction, contact details, withdrawal process where applicable and registration details. This text is a product foundation and requires legal review before public launch.
